This design is about the addition of new building facilities at the Theodoropoulou private school to meet the needs of the school. The project consists of three new buildings, a classroom building (building F) as an extension of the existing one, a new reception and information office building for parents (building H), and a restaurant building overhanging the existing restaurant (building C). The present architectural proposal aims to create a space of inspiration, discussion, and continuous development for children. The architectural design is based on 3 axes – 1) Connecting educational spaces with green spaces, 2) Variability, 3) Construction / Sustainabillity– which arise after research into the architectural design of schools, as well as research that confirms the role of architecture. of the building in the education of children with the aim of creating a modern and innovative educational space. The principles of bioclimatic design have also been included in order to create a space that meets not only the needs of the children but also the environment.
